Our main aim is to ensure that our customers are satisfied, which is why we have designed a transparent return policy.

FAQ:

Q1. What are the terms and conditions of returning a product?

A1. You may return a product within a time span of 7 days from the date of delivery. A full refund shall be performed from our end. The product for exchange needs to be kept within its original box and it should not be used. If it is used, a refund cannot be issued.

Q2. How do I return a product?

A2. You can send us an email at support@zabme.com or call us at 0124-4001222 and our customer staff shall guide you with regards to how you can return a purchased product. After we have received your package, we shall issue a full store credit voucher that can be utilized by you to purchase any product of the same price from our store. In case you have received a damaged product, we shall issue you a complete cash refund. Under all other scenarios, you shall be eligible for receiving a store voucher. This process takes 5 to 7 business days and we only exchange products once. Exchanged products shall not be exchanged or returned again (multiple times).

 Q3. Can I get my cash returned for a purchased product?

A3. We issue cash refund only if the product delivered is either damaged or incorrect. In all other circumstances we shall issue a store credit.

Q4. What if the item is not in stock?

A4. Any item that is out of stock shall be intimated to you by the website when you are placing an order. In the wake of an error (bad inventory), we shall intimate you of the same as soon as possible.

Q5. Can I cancel after placing an order?

A5.  Yes, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Kindly note that we ship all stocked products within 24 hours of the order being placed. Hence, cancel the order as soon as possible to avoid any issues. If the order is shipped, we shall not be able to cancel your order.

Q6. How to change my shipping address?

A6. You can change your shipping address by mailing us at support@zabme.com or calling our helpline number (ph no.). Kindly ensure that you change your shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order.

Q7. What is the return policy regarding international shipments?

A7.  As we are based in Gurgoan, we cannot take back international shipments. If the customer is willing to ship the product back to us bearing the shipping cost, we can consider an exchange. Reverse shipment cost too shall be borne by the customer.

Q8. Is your merchandise covered under warranty?

A8. We thoroughly cross check the quality of our products and source them directly from the vendors. In case you receive a damaged product, we shall ensure that you get a complete refund for the same. No extra warranty is applicable on our products and if there is any warranty, it shall be displayed on the package itself.

Q9. Are discounted/sale items exchangeable or returnable?

A9. Discounted items are non-refundable and they shall not be exchanged. The suppliers and vendors do not entertain any exchange/refund/return requests on these products and hence we are unable to honor such requests.

General Return Policy of ZabMe.Com:

Our terms and conditions pertaining to the return as well as exchange of products are restricted to direct sales from our end and these are not valid with regards to third party transactions wherein the invoice too is generated by the third party seller.  You may return products within 7 days from the date of purchase and these products need to be unused, unwashed, undamaged and originally packaged. Any damaged item for refund shall need to comply to our terms of service before any refund is issued. In order to return an item you need to write to us at support@zabme.com and we shall revert back to you. You can alternatively call our customer support number at 0124-4001222, between 10:00 Am and 6:00 Pm (Monday to Saturday). A refund or an exchange is completely dependent upon us and in the case of an alteration; the customer shall bear the shipping charges.

General Terms for Exchange and Return:

# All items to be returned need to be unwashed, undamaged, unused, unopened, with their tags intact. Damaged or soiled products may not be exchanged and they may be sent back to the customer. Kindly inform our customer support staff regarding any product that you shall be dispatching for an exchange, which is without its tag.

# Designer packaging as well as any accessory that has been dispatched during your purchase too needs to be returned during the process. Examples of the same are authenticity cards, leather tags, dust bags etc.

# Unidentified items may be dispatched to the sender.

# Footwear needs to be tried on carpeted floor only.

# In the case of briefs, under garments and other clothes that are worn under normal clothing- need to be tried over a worn garment. Kindly do not remove the adhesive strip on such garments. Undergarments with their strips removed or soiled, cannot be returned.

# Damaged goods, if received in such a state, are considered faulty. Products purchased and then damaged owing to usage, shall not be considered damaged. Exchanges instead of refunds shall be liable towards the same product. The colors as well as sizes available for a particular product are displayed accurately on our website. Nonetheless, as far as the color of a product is concerned, it varies from one computer monitor to another.

# Designer products that are custom made are not liable for a return, as these are non-returnable items. Designer products are non-returnable as well as non-refundable.

# Complete cancellation of orders is only possible when the customer requests for a cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order. Thereafter, it is completely the discretion of Zabme.com to either cancel or refund the order.

# In the case of an erroneous transaction during an online credit transaction, the transaction shall be canceled and the amount returned to the customer in the form of a voucher. In such a scenario, the customer shall need to place a fresh order.

# In the case of product returns, a voucher shall be provided that shall be equivalent to the amount of the goods purchased by the customer in the first instant. Cash back shall only be issued if the product has been damaged from our end. The voucher shall be equivalent to the invoice value of the product and non-refundable charges, if applicable, shall be deducted.

# Cash refund is possible only during the case of damage to the goods during storage and shipment. After subtracting the restocking fee, we shall refund you with a store credit.

# Returns on international shipments needs to be borne by the customer. After the product has been received at our store, we shall issue a store credit which is equivalent to the value of the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable in nature.

# Customized products are both non-exchangeable as well as non-refundable.

# Exchange requests are entertained till the 7th days of the customer having received their ordered product. Thereafter, no exchanges shall be entertained. You can email us at support@zabme.com and we shall process your request within 5 business days.

# Stitched goods are non-exchangeable and non-returnable (fabric).

# Items displayed in sale shall not be exchanged or returned. Only in the case of product damage, shall any exchange or refund be initiated.

# Products are exchanged only once.

# Cash refund requests shall not be entertained in the following cases:

-the product is dull as compared to the photo displayed on the website.

-as compared to the photo displayed on the website, the product is too dark or light, or

- the product quality is not at par with what was mentioned on the website.

In such scenarios, only exchange of the product is possible. Please note this is not applicable on discounted and sale products.
