What is your time frame for delivery of orders?

All orders are placed to shipping within 24 hours of your placing the order from our website. Thereafter, we also ensure that your order is delivered to your shipping address within 15 business days.

Is there a delivery charge that I need to pay?

In case you are opting for pre-paid orders (using a credit/debit card or net banking), then ZabMe.Com shall ship your product free of any charge. In case you opt for cash on delivery, then we shall charge a nominal shipping fee of Rs.99 for each order that exceeds Rs.199 in total value. In case you opt for part shipment, then only COD orders shall be chargeable at the time of receiving the shipment.

To avoid receiving shipment charges, place a pre-paid order.

How can I track my order?

The status of your order is updated via emails. In case you are having trouble reading or receiving emails, you can always login to your ZabMe account and check the delivery status of your order. In case you require any further assistance regarding the tracking of your order, you can always call our customer support staff at 0124-4001222 (between 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM), Monday to Friday, or drop us an email at support@zabme.com.

After you have placed an order, we send an email to your registered email address providing the tracking number of your order as well as the contact of the courier service provider. To track your order, you can always type the tracking number that we provide in the email post shipping your order and check the delivery status.

Do I have to sign for delivery?

Once the product has been delivered to your address, you are asked to sign a delivery form, confirming that the ordered product was delivered.

What if I am Unavailable at the time of Delivery?

In such a scenario, our shipping partner shall fix an alternate delivery or a pick up arrangement with you.

I am Still Waiting for my Shipment? Is it Late? Why So?

We ship all orders via the mechanism of the Express Delivery Service (unless otherwise specified), which in turn implies that you end up receiving your product within 3 business days from the date of dispatch. Nonetheless, orders that require surface shipping or that belong to the bulk category, generally require up to 15 business days to reach to your specified destination. You shall receive a step-by-step update of your order delivery. In case, the ordered product is unable to reach to your destination, we shall arrange for you to pick it up from a pre-determined destination. In such a scenario, we have the right to cancel the sale contract and refund your amount.

I have placed and order & would like to change my shipping address- how do I do so?

We strongly suggest that you provide us with the correct shipping address. Nonetheless, if you would like to make changes to the existing address, then you may do so by dropping us an email at support@zabme.com or calling our customer support staff at between 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM), Monday to Friday.

In case your order has been shipped and ZabMe cannot make changes to your delivery address, then we reserve the right to cancel your sale contract. In such a scenario, the customer shall bear the two-way shipping charges. On the other hand, if our courier partner is able to reroute your ordered product to the new address then the additional shipping charges levied shall be passed onto the customer.

Can I cancel an order?

Cancellations on all categories, other than furniture and lightings, are applicable. You can cancel the order only till the product is still within our warehouse, as after the dispatch, cancellation of an order is not possible.

How do I return a product?

In order to return a product, you need to read through our return policy. Alternatively, you can simply send us an email at support@zabme.com or call our customer support staff at ­­­­­­0124-4001222 customer support staff between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM), Monday to Friday.

Reverse pick up services are available at certain select locations. Otherwise, you can dispatch all approved return orders via a track-able courier service provider (eg. Gati). Kindly do not return any product without speaking to our customer support representative or receiving an affirmative email response from our customer care.

What do I do if I receive a damaged Package?

In case you receive a damaged package upon the time of delivery, then you should abstain from accepting the package and return it back to the courier person. Thereafter, you need to simply inform our customer care department by calling us up. You shall be eligible for a replacement of the same product or a full money back offer, whichever is more suited as per your requirements, as well as the product availability.

What if the product is defective or has missing parts?

In case you find that the product you received is defective or has missing parts, you can contact our customer care department and after a brief enquiry, we shall dispatch another product to you. In order to receive a replacement, you need to inform us of the defective order, within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Can I return a product that I find faulty after using it?

Certain products sold via ZabMe.Com have an extended warranty attached to them. In case you have ordered such a product and you find that it is defective, then you can read the warranty document that the manufacturer has shipped along with the product and claim a replacement from the manufacturers’ customer/technical support staff. In case you are unable to get in touch with the brand’s customer care, you can give us a call and we shall be happy to facilitate a resolution for your issue.

When do I receive a refund?

Note: Refund claims will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances.

When you return the product in its original packing to us, we shall process your refund, which is ideally within 7 business days of receiving the product from your end. The refund time excludes delays via credit/debit card payments, bank delays, shipping process etc. but includes the time required to complete the refund process at ZabMe.Com. 

How would I get the refund?

Note: Refund claims will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances.

You shall be issued a refund by the same method that you had utilized for making your purchase. For example, if you made use of your credit card for purchasing your chosen product from our website, then you shall be paid back the same way and vice versa. Cash on delivery refunds shall be issued via account payee checks or via NEFT bank transfers (to the customer’s bank account).
